Hrithik Roshan's 'Fighter' Rakes in Impressive Rs 24.60 Crore on Opening Day

Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan's film "Fighter" earned Rs 24.60 crore at the box office on its opening day, as reported by the makers. 

Directed by Siddharth Anand, known for films like "War" and "Pathaan," the movie pays tribute to the valor, sacrifice, and patriotism of the Indian armed forces. Released on the eve of Republic Day, "Fighter" also stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor.

The film is presented by Viacom18 Studios in collaboration with Marflix Pictures. It tells the story of a new and elite unit called Air Dragons, commissioned by the Air Headquarters in response to militant activities in the Srinagar Valley. 

The Air Dragons are the first responders to any hostile activity, comprising the best combat aviators from the Indian Air Force. The movie explores their dedication to the nation and the challenges they face, both internally and externally. "Fighter" also features Akshay Oberoi, Karan Singh Grover, and Sanjeeda Sheikh.
