Giorgia Andriani, who is marking her South debut, shared exciting inside information about her impeccable preparation for the special dance number in the upcoming action-packed film Martin.
Giorgia says, "I knew what I was going to wear for the shoot, and I really wanted to look my best. For that perfect look, I started doing intermittent fasting 15 days prior to the shoot. I had high-fiber, moderate-protein, low-carb meals with zero sugar intake during my eating window. I drank five-six litres of water every day.
She said, "My food included tofu, vegetables, sprouts, gluten-free for the meal-all to keep my energy level and the dance number in good shape and keep me in shape. I was on this no-sugar diet for close to 25 days, and it was hard, but hey-so very excited with the results. I was really happy with how my body supported me on D-Day. It is one of those best feelings when the hard work finally pays off.
According to Giorgia, her fitness regime did not just concentrate on gearing up for specific roles. "I believe that taking care of your body should be part of the priorities in life, not because a particular event or function is coming. Of course, it has always been part of my lifestyle to include intense sessions at the gym, yoga, dancing, and even just walking. It is all about doing justice to your body and being healthy," she concluded.
The song is choreographed by Imran Sardhariya.
Martin stars Dhruva Sarja in the lead and is directed by A. P. Arjun and produced by Uday K. Mehta. The film also features Vaibhavi Shandilya, Anveshi Jain, Sukrutha Wagle, Achyuth Kumar, and Nikitin Dheer.
On the work front, Giorgia recently created a stir with her power-packed performance in the Bollywood item number 'Dil Ke Andar' from the film Non-Stop Dhamaal.
