‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ and ‘Singham Again’ Both Surpass ₹100 Crore Mark in Opening Weekend

The two big-boned films were played in more than 6,000 cinemas across the country over Diwali weekend.

Action drama Singham Again and horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 both much-awaited Hindi releases of the weekend that have rolled into the screens on 1st November have, within the first weekend since its release, managed to gross above Rs 100 crore for them at the box office.

In Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Anees Bazmee directs with Kartik Aaryan once again acting as Rooh Baba in 2022's Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Vidya Balan reprises the role of Avni/Manjulika as it was in the original film by Priyadarshan, which released in 2007. The new entrants into the cast include Madhuri Dixit Nene and Triptii Dimri.
Kartik has put up the update of his box office on his Instagram.

From a poster shared by the actor, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 has grossed Rs 110.2 crore net in India in its opening three days.

T-Series Films and Cine1 Studios have produced it and distributed through AA Films.

Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Deepika Padukone, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor star in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again, a third film in the franchise.

The movie minted Rs 121.75 crore (India net collection) by Sunday, said the trade website Sacnilk.

 Singham Again is presented by Jio Studios in association with Rohit Shetty Picturez and Devgn Films.

It is the fifth film in Shetty's ambitious cop universe, also starring Akshay and Ranveer's characters Veer Sooryavanshi and Sangram 'Simmba' Bhalerao.
