According to Variety, Hollywood star Anna Faris is not opposed to reprising her role as Cindy Campbell in future Scary Movie films, but there are conditions attached.
In an interview with People magazine, Faris was straight-up about her conditions for a comeback: "Well, money." She is said to want to reunite with her former co-star Regina Hall, who portrayed Brenda in the horror parody series. "I would love to reprise her role," Faris added, stressing how much she loves Hall. "We would make each other giggle all day long. Regina Hall would be my answer. And money. But mostly all Regina."
Faris and Hall starred in the first four films together, and their on-screen chemistry got a lot of attention. Both actors sat out 2013's 'Scary Movie 5,' where Simon Rex and Ashley Tisdale took over the lead roles. Faris looked back on how instrumental these films were to her career. She credits them for really sharpening her comic skills, adding, "Those four movies were important to me in terms of learning how to use props, learning how to fall, learning how to get hit in the head with blood at a convenient camera time."
As the actress revealed, "If there is a high school comparison for my growth experience, those four movies played an important role in my life. They were very educative on how to use props, how to fall, and how to get hit in the head with blood at a time convenient for the camera.".
