Alia Bhatt is all over the news as the release of her latest venture Gangubai Kathiawadi is on the corner. The actress recently launched a romantic song titled Meri Jaan from her movie In Kolkata.
During the launch of the song, Alia was asked to comment on the latest post of Kangana Ranaut. In the post, Kangana criticised her movie while saying "This Friday 200cr will be burnt to ashes at the box office" and also went on calling Alia ‘bimbo’.
To which Alia replied with a quote from the Bhagavad Gita. She said, "Lord Krishna had said in the Gita that inaction is in action. That's all I want to say.” Her comment has been highly appreciated by everyone and everyone at the event looked quite impressed with her sassy reply.
For the unversed Kangana most recently shared a story on her social media handle where she wrote “This Friday 200cr will be burnt to ashes at the box office ... for a papa (movie mafia daddy) ki pari (who likes to keep a British passport) because papa wants to prove that romcom bimbo can act... biggest drawback of the film is wrong casting...yeh nahi sudhrenge (these people won't change) no wonder screens are going to South and Hollywood films ... Bollywood is destined for doom jab tak movie mafia has power.”
Starring Alia Bhatt in lead, Gangubai Kathiawadi is scheduled to release this Friday. The movie also stars Vijay Raaz, Seema Pahwa and Ajay Devgn in pivotal roles.
