Alia Bhatt Joins Richie Mehta's 'Poacher' Series as Executive Producer

On Tuesday, streaming platform Prime Video revealed that actor Alia Bhatt is stepping into the role of executive producer for its forthcoming Amazon original series, "Poacher."

Directed by Emmy Award winner Richie Mehta, renowned for his work on "Delhi Crime," the crime drama is slated to premiere on Prime Video starting February 23. The series is produced by QC Entertainment.

"Poacher" is an investigative crime series inspired by real events, delving into the discovery of the largest ivory poaching ring in Indian history, as stated by the makers.
