The makers of Ajay Devgn-starrer "Singham Again" said the film managed to gross Rs 65 crore on its opening day worldwide. The action movie, which is directed by filmmaker Rohit Shetty, released in theatres on Thursday, coinciding with the festival of Diwali.
The film's team stated in a press release that the movie, the third part in the "Singham" series after "Singham" and "Singham Returns," has earned Rs 43.7 crore net at the Indian box office.

The "Singham" series is part of Shetty's ambitious cop universe that also includes characters played by Akshay Kumar and Ranveer Singh in "Sooryavanshi" and "Simmba."
The cast for "Singham Again" includes Singh, Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tiger Shroff, Deepika Padukone, Jackie Shroff, and Shweta Tiwari, besides Arjun Kapoor, who essays the role of the antagonist.
Singham Again is produced by Jio Studios in association with Rohit Shetty Picturez and Devgn Films.
