Dharma Productions has announced the theatrical release of the action film "Kill" on July 5, 2024. Directed by filmmaker Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, the movie had its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) in August 2023, where it garnered positive reviews.
"Kill" is described as an edge-of-the-seat action thriller and features newcomer Lakshya in the lead role, alongside Raghav Juyal and Tanya Maniktala. The film promises to deliver intense martial arts sequences and gripping action scenes.
The storyline revolves around two star-crossed lovers, Tulika (played by Tanya Maniktala) and Amrit (played by Lakshya), whose romance faces obstacles when Tulika's family arranges her marriage and whisks her away aboard the Rajdhani Express to New Delhi. Amrit, along with his friend Viresh, embarks on a daring mission to rescue Tulika. However, their plan takes an unexpected turn when the train is hijacked by a group of bandits.
"Kill" is produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta of Dharma Productions, along with Guneet Monga Kapoor and Achin Jain of Sikhya Entertainment.
With its intriguing storyline and high-octane action, "Kill" has already generated significant anticipation among moviegoers, and its theatrical release in July 2024 is eagerly awaited.
