IIM Kozhikode (IIM-K) has launched a professional certificate course in Human Resource (HR) management and analytics. The programme has been promoted in partnership with the e-learning platform upGrad.
The course has been designed for students who want to build a respectable and meaningful career in the HR department. It is a 5-month long course, which will be taught by experienced faculty at the IIM-K campus. The focus of studies will be around the key concepts of HR, application of quantitative analytics, and enhancing one’s knowledge overall.
Eligibility:
A person with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree along with 2-years of work experience or a master’s degree can enrol for the course.

Details:
The course spans over a total of 120 hours of learning. This will be completed in 5 months.
This course is the second edition, coming after the professional certification in data science for business decision-making, which was launched in March.
The online learning platform upGrad recently launched two IIT Delhi courses on its website. advanced certificate programme in machine learning and executive management programme in strategic innovation, digital marketing, and business analytics. These courses are available on upGrad’s website.
