The University of Delhi will close the Central Seat Allocation System (CSAS) round 1 of the seat acceptance window, on Saturday, October 22.
Candidates who are shortlisted in the DU round 1 seat allocation can 'accept' the allocated seat till 11:59 pm on October 22. Candidates are required to do so by visiting the official website-- admission.uod.ac.in.
Previously the last date to accept the seats under CSAS round 1 was October 21.
Once the students accept the allocated seats to them, then the colleges have time till 2 pm on October 23 to verify and approve the online applications of the selected candidates. The last date to pay the DU admission fee is extended till 5 PM of October 24.
To get admission to the allocated college, candidates are required to be ready with the following documents - class 10 and 12 marksheet (self-attested), transfer certificate from the school (if available), government-issued photo identification card such as an Aadhaar card, PAN card, driver’s license or passport, a couple of passport-sized photos, category certificate for students belonging to any category, and also ECA or sports certificates, if the candidate is applying through ECA/ sports categories.

Reportedly, nearly 71,741 students have accepted their allotted college and course. A total of 80,164 seat allocations have been made by the DU in its first allotment list and admission is under process for 54,395 students.
Delhi University will conduct CSAS round 2 from October 25 to 27. The candidates who have been provided seats in round 1 of CSAS shall be considered for CSAS round 2 subjects to the availability of seats and allocation policy. DU will release the second merit list, on October 30, 2022.
