Amway Appoints Michael Nelson as President and CEO, Succeeding Milind Pant

"He brings over three decades of Amway experience to the office, having held key leadership roles in strategy, supply chain, human resources, and technology, among many other disciplines across the organization," it added.

The Amway Board of Directors wishes Milind Pant all the best for his future endeavors as Milind moves on as former CEO, the statement said.

The Board thanks Milind for his service and leadership over the last six years, said Van Andel.

Pant is the first Indian and non-family appointment as Amway's CEO. He took over on January 2, 2019.
