Leading automobile manufacturer Maruti Suzuki India has begun booking of the latest edition of its most popular car, which is named the 4th generation Epic New Swift, with a booking amount of Rs 11,000 per unit.
The company proudly declared that the new generation Swift retains its loved sporty design and provides a larger boost in dynamism and driving experience.
Senior executive officer for Maruti Suzuki India's marketing & sales, Partho Banerjee, said the Swift has proved to be the most popular car in its 29 lakh strong customer base and has been winning numerous awards that mark its generation change and resilience.
In addition, the Epic New Swift remains sporty DNA with a focus on contemporary demand for environmental consciousness, as emission levels have significantly been reduced.
The pre-booking is only done on the official website of the company or visiting the nearest Maruti Suzuki ARENA showroom.
Maruti Suzuki India, meanwhile, reported a 48% increase in net profit to Rs 3,878 crore for the January–March quarter of 2023–24 as compared to the corresponding period in 2022–23.
With a dividend of Rs 125 per share, the business announced its highest-ever payout. Additionally, it revealed that its fourth-quarter sales of Rs 38,235 crore was its biggest yet.
