Hyundai Unveils New Variants of Creta Electric in India; See Updated Prices

​​​​​​​Along with this, the company has increased the Creta Electric lineup as well with three new variants: the Excellence (42 kWh), Creta Electric Executive Tech (42 kWh), and Creta Electric Executive (O) (51.4 kWh). As per Hyundai, the new variants have been launched to "address the changing requirements of modern customers."

Hyundai has launched new variants of the Creta SUV in India, which go by the names King, King Knight, and King Limited Editions.

Along with this, the company has increased the Creta Electric lineup as well with three new variants: the Excellence (42 kWh), Creta Electric Executive Tech (42 kWh), and Creta Electric Executive (O) (51.4 kWh). As per Hyundai, the new variants have been launched to "address the changing requirements of modern customers."

To start with, the Excellence and Executive Tech trims driven by a 42 kWh battery provide a driving range of 420 km, whereas the Executive (O) trim with a 51.4 kWh battery provides 510 km of range. In addition to this, all Creta Electric versions are equipped with Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, shifting from wired to wireless. Top trims of both the 42 kWh and 51.4 kWh battery packs will also include a dashcam and rear wireless charger.

Hyundai Creta Electric Excellence trim features Level 2 ADAS, a dashcam, Surround View Monitor (SVM), front parking sensors, an electrochromic mirror with telematic switches, a rear wireless charger, and an electric 8-way adjustable driver seat with memory function. The passenger seat on the front follows these changes but does not have memory. Other features are leather trimming, front ventilated seats, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, foldable seatback tables with IT device holders, and rain-sensing wipers.

The Executive Tech (42 kWh) version has high-end features like a voice-activated panoramic sunroof, eco-leather seats, cooled front seats, and a rear window sunshade. The Executive (O) (51.4 kWh), on the other hand, brings together the range-extender battery with luxury features like an intelligent panoramic sunroof.

Exterior-wise, Hyundai added two new color shades for the Creta Electric: Matte Black and Shadow Grey.
