TSRTC Managing Director V.C. Sajjanar has taken serious exception to a Rapido advertisement that features Allu Arjun. In the commercial, which is being aired on YouTube, the actor is seen telling people that RTC buses take more time like cooking an ordinary dosas, but Rapido would be so fast and safe that it would prepare a masala dosa in the same time.

Vaishnavi says: "I'm making my debut in Telugu entertainment industry with an action thriller movie, 'The Ghost', directed by Praveen Sattaru. The movie casts Nagarjuna Akkineni and Anikha Surendran. I'm really excited about the project." Talking further on her experience of working with Baby Anikha and similarity in their thoughts and bonding, she adds: "Anikha, is wonderful person to work with. I feel she is the most grounded person I've ever met. We became good friends on sets. We struck a chord in our very first meet. We share the same ideology. We have lots to talk as we have similar likes and dislikes."

It was earlier reported that actors Nani and Keerthy Suresh are on board for debutante filmmaker Srikanth Odela's 'Dasara', set in the Singareni coal mines of Telangana. Now that the casting team has plans to rope in Samantha, she is expected to play an important role alongside Nani and Keerthy Suresh. It is reported that Samantha was approached for the role, which she apparently has not yet approved

Telugu star Pawan Kalyan, who is equally shocked by the news, took to Twitter and wrote: "The sudden and unfortunate demise of Sri Puneeth Rajkumar deeply saddens me. His performance in his first film 'Bettada Hoovu' as a child actor deeply etched in my mind. Ever since I always admired him."

As per the latest buzz, South Indian actress Shruti Haasan is being considered as the female lead for Chiranjeevi's interesting upcoming project. Tentatively titled #Mega154, the movie is to be directed by Bobby. The reports suggest that the makers are trying to bring in Shruti Haasan to romance Chiranjeevi. It is to be noted that, if Shruti ends up signing on the dotted line for this movie, this would be the first movie she collaborates with Chiru.

Expectations are high from the film and the makers have added to the buzz by releasing its first track titled 'Power'. Its Tamil lyrics by Arivu, which express the theme of the narrative, have been set to music by Sean Roldan. The movie is touted as an intense story that revolves around the lives of underprivileged people who live in a socially segregated world and have suffered years of oppression.

Mahesh Babu explains that he is a South Indian and always loves to work in the South Indian movie industry. "I would change nothing about it", Mahesh Babu affirmed. Also, he explains that movies are made with their own sensibilities and native appeal, which is the most important thing to denote multiple cultures.

Directed by Ravi K Chandran, 'Brahmam' also stars Unni Mukundan, Raashi Khanna, Sudheer Karamana and Mamta Mohandas in key roles. The film will stream on Amazon Prime Video

Directed by Siva, it will be a family action thriller, similar to the mega star's previous movies, 'Padayappa' and 'Arunachalam'. Rajnikanth's last film was 'Durbar', directed by A.R. Murugadoss, but it was not a big hit. Kollywood, which is what fans call the Tamil tinsel world, is expecting 'Annaatthe' to be a superhit, which is to be expected from the mega star.
