RCB have some really good players and we have to be on top of our game to beat them. We will see what the conditions are and then assess what would be a good score. Ecclestone (4/13) and Deepti (3/26) helped UP Warriorz bowl out RCB for 138 despite a fighting half-century (52 off 39) by Ellyse Perry. After Perry, Sophie Devine (36 off 24) was next top-scorer for RCB as other batters struggled to get going against a disciplined UP bowling attack.

"Would like to bat first. Looks like a good wicket. We've seen in the tournament a good total on the board helps. As a bowling unit, we had a word about bowling plans with regard to the short boundaries. Not the way we wanted to start, but it's a long tournament, we want to keep our heads high," said Mandhana at the toss.

In her blazing knock, she slammed 11 fours and three sixes at a strike rate of 232.14. Once she fell, Harleen shined to ensure Gujarat didn't lose momentum.

With immense pressure of chasing down 202, Sophie slammed eight fours and two sixes in her 45-ball knock while sharing a 54-run opening partnership with Smriti Mandhana and a promising stand of 43 runs with Ellyse Perry. Heather Knight also landed some big blows. But Gujarat taking five wickets after the half-way stage meant Bangalore ended up at 190/6 in 20 overs and are now rooted to the bottom of points table.
