Nokia wins 4G/5G dispute, OPPO, OnePlus banned in Germany

According to GizmoChina, the suit resulted from the breakdown in discussions between Nokia and OPPO over 4G (LTE) and 5G patents. While instituted cases are in four countries, OPPO countersued Nokia in nine countries. OPPO had stated that the lawsuit filed by Nokia was shocking. The German Regional Court ruling is the first ruling regarding the disputed patents.

OPPO files patent for dual-display smartphone

According to a LetsGoDigital report, the Chinese smartphone maker had filed a patent with the CNIPA (China National International Property Administration), which got published earlier this week and was also spotted in the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Office) database as well. The smaller display features a squarish design and is situated next to the rear quad camera module. The front display offers a panel that is curved on all four edges.
OPPO Reno7, Reno7 Pro India price revealed ahead of launch

The Reno7 is likely to be priced between Rs 28,000 to Rs 31,000, while the Pro model will go for anywhere between Rs 41,000 to Rs 43,000, reports GSMArena. OPPO Reno7 Pro 5G features a 6.55-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Max SoC, coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM.
OPPO's Find X2 series, Reno6 series in India will feature ColorsOS 12

Find X2 will receive the update on Wednesday while the OPPO Reno6 Pro 5G and Reno6 Pro 5G Diwali edition will receive it from November 22 onwards, and the Reno6 5G from November 25. The company said in a statement that the update will be included in more and more models, such as, the OPPO Find, Reno, F and A series to let more users enjoy ColorOS' inclusive design, smooth experience, and newest features.
