"A number of passengers were searched and examined at the departure gate of MPT (Mumbai Port Trust), by Ashish Ranjan (an NCB official), as per provisions of section 50 of the NDPS Act. One Arbaaz A. Merchant, accepted that he is having 'charas' hidden inside his shoes. He also voluntarily handed over 'charas' to Ashish Ranjan. But he was allowed to go," said the report.

Aryan recently shared the status of his first film with his followers through social media. Taking to his Instagram, he shared a picture with a clapper board and the bound script placed on a pool table. The bound script has "For Aryan Khan" written over it. Aryan concealed the film's title with his thumb but gave out that the film is being produced by SRK's production company Red Chilies Entertainment.

Aryan Khan recently shared a few pictures from a photoshoot on Instagram, where he sported casual outfits. In one picture, Aryan is sporting a grey t-shirt paired with black track pants and a yellow jacket. However, it was Shah Rukh and Aryan's comment exchange that caught the eye of many.

Amid this, India Today Magazine recently released a special cover story titled 'Lessons From The Aryan Khan Case' where in the Deputy Director-General of NCB Sanjay Singh, who headed SIT is quoted opening up about the conversation he shared with Aryan Khan and Shah Rukh Khan during the investigation. While he talked about how Aryan made him emotional when he asked if he really deserved to be in jail for so many weeks, Singh talked about the words he exchanged with SRK.

Khan was placed under arrest by the NCB team on October 3. After interrogation, he was remanded to judicial custody. His first bail was dismissed by the trial court. Later, Khan through his counsel, approached Bombay High Court which granted him bail on October 28. Due to legal procedures, he was freed from the jail on October 30.

Since Shahrukh has already started working on his plans for his son, Aryan is likely to start assisting big banners like Yash Raj Films and Dharma Productions soon, accordin to media reports. Recently,  Aryan was also granted relief from registering weekly attendance at the Narcotics Control Bureau office. The life of the Khan family was at a standstill after  Aryan was arrested by NCB but now SRK is working full time to ensure his son gets busy with work and charts a successful career in the tinsel town

Though his legal team led by advocate Satish Maneshinde had rushed from the Bombay High Court to the jail, a mere 8 kms away, they were reportedly stuck in the massive evening and weekend traffic jams en route. Even Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh who left from his Bandra bungalow in a small motorcade to pick up Aryan from jail, returned home mid-way, though close family friend and ex-actress Juhi Chawla managed to complete the formalities for standing surety.
