Earlier, he was married to Inderpreet Kaur and the couple divorced in 2015. According to the media reports, the marriage of Punjab's CM is an arranged one, Mann's mother chose Dr. Gurpreet Kaur for his son. Punjab CM's marriage was a private affair, attended by some of his close family and friends. The guest list included Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha. Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, 48 is now married to Dr.Gurpreet Kaur, 32, who hails from Pehowa village, Kurukshetra district, Haryana.
Wedding of the AAP leader was attended by some of his close friends and family including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. According to media reports, Kejriwal played the role of a father and performed all major rituals at CM Mann's wedding.
On the occasion, Kejriwal said, “Today is a day of immense happiness that my younger brother and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann ji is getting married and is making a new beginning. May God bless him with a happy married life and both (the couple) always remain happy.”
