There are some really drastic scenes that make us realize we are not alone in this. And when it comes to expressing true human emotions, nobody does it better than Bollywood. Bollywood has delivered many movies and songs which always manage to remind us of our break-up and give us goosebumps. Here are 8 of the saddest and most heart-wrenching movie scenes where couples parted away but we felt the pain.

1. When Tara begs Ved to stay (Tamasha): This scene comes once in a decade. Tamasha itself is such a strong and emotional movie but this scene always makes over heart melt. 3. When Kaira gets heartbroken by every guy (Dear Zindagi): Kaira is that one character we all relate to. More than an entertainment source, Dear Zindagi is more like a lesson that tells it is not okay to face break-ups but it’s not okay to stop loving yourself.

4. When Jai tells Megha that he loves Aditi (Jane Tu Ya Jaane Na): Since the starting, we all wanted Jai and Aditi together but at the cost of Megha’s heart No No. , we all felt super bad for Meghna when her boyfriend yells at her for acting childish and running away from reality, while it was simply her way of dealing with her broken family.

5. The love triangle (Cocktail): Cocktail starring Deepika Padukone, Saif Ali Khan, and Diana Penty is the story of the third wheel. It shows you the story of what happens when the love triangle as it’s called, actually lives together.

6. When Alizeh tells Aayan she can’t love him (Ae Dil Hai Mushkil): We all know one-sided love has a lot of power but you know where this power comes from. If you will watch this scene you will realize where does it come from. When Alizeh explains to Aayan why can’t she love him, she not just explain things to him but also makes us realizes some hard hitting facts.

7. When Vijay calls off the wedding (Queen): There is a lot of learning from Kanagan’s role of Rani in this movie. But the scene where they meet up in a restaurant a day before the wedding and he says he doesn’t want to marry her while the innocent Rani has no idea that he is leaving her, for good is so heart-wrenching.

8. When Charu insults liquor and leaves him crying (Pyaar Ka Punchnama): The movie is practically a guide on how to not pick a partner. All three boys are fooled and played by their girlfriends or potential girlfriends but Nishant aka Liquid had the worst experience of all. Not exactly a breakup but how Charu insults him and leaves him crying like a helpless child after leading him on for so long is truly devastating.
