We were not even over with the tragic death of Bollywood’s young talent Sushant Singh Rajput that the news of the passing away of renowned TV and Bollywood actor Sidharth Shukla shattered our hearts into pieces. 1. Sidharth Shukla: Renowned TV actor and reality show king, Sidharth Shukla, who rose to fame after his iconic acting performance passed away at the age of 40. He worked in various Indian Daily Soaps including Balika Vadhu and Dil Se Dil Tak. He made his Bollywood debut in 2014 with Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania.
2. Sushant Singh Rajput: The Tv actor turned into Bollywood superstar, Sushant committed suicide on June 14, 2020. His death changed the whole dynamic of industry and led to a drug investigation that went on for months. He featured in many blockbuster movies including Kai Po Che, MS Dhoni among others.
3. Jiah Khan: Another Bollywood celeb who committed suicide. Jiah Khan died by suicide, she was just 25 years old when she took her life. She made her Bollywood debut opposite Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan and also starred in Ghajini.
4. Divya Bharti: Divya Bharti died aged 19 when she fell from the balcony of her house. Several allegations were made after her demise, following the unfortunate accident. In her short career, Divya made a huge name for herself with her most notable work being Deewana opposite Shah Rukh Khan and Rishi Kapoor.
5. Madhubala: Undoubtedly one of the most celebrated and renowned actors in the Bollywood industry Madhubala took her last breath at the age of 36 after she lost a battle to a heart attack. Madhubala was born with a ventricular septal defect, which meant that she had a hole in her heart.
6. Pratyusha Banerjee: Sidharth Shukla's co-star on Balika Vadhu, Pratyusha died by suicide on April 1, 2016. She was 24 years old at the time and this news rattled her fans, of which there were many.
7. Meena Kumari: Meena Kumari died at the age of 39, due to liver cirrhosis. According to media reports, at a point in her life, Meena Kumari got addicted to alcohol, which led to the danger that took her life.
8. Shamita Patil: A pioneer in the field, Smita Patil died at the age of 31 when due to complications at the end of her pregnancy in 1986. Smita is still considered to be one of the best women actors the country has produced and is also celebrated for her feminist views.
