1. Shah Rukh Khan (Shikhar): The richest actor in the Bollywood industry has not just been the heart of tinsel town but also of several movies. But there are several movies of the actor that never came out and got shelved in a mid-way. One of those is Subhash Ghai’s Shikhar. Starring Madhuri Dixit in lead, the movie got shelved after Trimurti’s failure.

2. Amitabh Bachchan (Shoebite): Amitabh Bachchan’s movie getting shelves is not an easy statement to digest. The actor and the team, gave their sweat and blood to complete the movie but some legal soup stopped getting out in the light.

3. Aamir Khan (Time Machine): Inspired by the story of Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale’s Back to the Future, Time Machine is an unfinished project of Shekhar Kapur. Starring Aamir Khan, Raveena Tandon, Rekha, Naseeruddin Shah, Gulshan Grover, and Vijay Anand in lead, the shooting of the movie stopped because of the dried up funding.

4. Salman Khan (Dus): Salman Khan was all set to come up with an action thriller with his close pal Sanjay Dutt. Tilted Dus, the movie is the story revolving around two Indian agents. But the filming of the movie stopped right thereafter Anand passed away amidst their busy schedule.

Sanjay Dutt (Munna Bhai Chale Amerika): After Munna Bhai’s (Sanjay Dutt) short-lived tryst with the law in Lage Raho Munna Bhai (2006), Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani released a trailer for Munna Bhai Chale Amerika in 2007. The plot revolved around him and his trusty sidekick Circuit (Arshad Warsi) taking a trip to the States.

6. Akshay Kumar (Parinaam): 1993 was all set to see the release of Akshay Kumar and Divya Bharti’s Parinaam. But the movie never got a chance to see its end. With the untimely demise of Bharti in the same year, make makers shut down the project.

7. Rekha (Apna Paraya): Back in 1972, Rekha and Amitabh Bachchan got together for this project which got shelved. As per reports, the makers replaced Big B courtesy of his streak of flop films. According to IMDb, both the actors had even shot the first schedule of the film.

8. Sooraj Pancholi (Time to Dance): In 2018, the internet was abuzz with Katrina Kaif’s sister Isabelle Kaif’s big Bollywood debut in Time To Dance. The film was touted to be a romance flick, set against the backdrop of a dance competition, in which Isabelle Kaif portrays an extremely competitive dancer who’s determined to win at all costs.
