Indian multinational motorcycle manufacturing company Royal Enfield on Wednesday launched its brand new Classic 350 bullet at a starting price of Rs 1,84,374. The update to the original Classic 350, which was launched all the way back in 2008, was a long time coming. Many flying speculations were going round over the changes into the classic which generated hype. Finally, the bike was launched and it has not disappointed one bit. However, it will not be easy for the new classic to fill the boots of the old one, which was the most successful bullet bike in the history of Royal Enfield. Here are 5 features of the much-awaited 2021 Royal Enfield Classic 350:

It has a 349-cc, single-cylinder, air-oil cooled motor that generates 20.2 PS and 27 Nm of peak torque while mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The fuel efficiency is claimed to be 36.5 kmpl. Classic is available in dual and single-channel ABS options. It gets a thicker 41 mm telescopic fork, adjustable rear shock absorbers, and larger disc brakes.

From the design perspective, it keeps the hints from its predecessor while also getting a fresher look. The changes are subtle yet the major difference one can find is the introduction of technology with a digital meter.

Other features include offers a Tripper system for navigation, USB charge port, and digital instrument cluster under the circular speed dial, which shows inputs like odometer reading and fuel gauge.

The new-gen Classic 350 will be available with a choice of Halcyon, Chrome, Dark, Signals, and Redditch colour schemes. It will continue to rival the likes of the Honda H'ness CB 350 and the Jawa range of motorcycles.

Prices for the single-tone Redditch range start at Rs 1,84,374, with the Halcyon range priced from Rs 1,93,123, the armed forces-inspired Signals range priced from Rs 2,04,367, the Dark range priced from Rs 2,11,465, and the range-topping Chrome range priced from Rs 2,15,118.
