There is no denying the fact that most of the Bollywood movies are all in all lead’s movies. And totally agrees to that as more screen time, masterwork, and the limelight, they automatically turn them the main hero. But every coin has two faces. In the other face of the movies, there have been a number of movies we have seen the sidekicks handling the movie when the lead protagonists failed to. In short, they made the main protagonists sit in the back seat. Here we bring you a list of the top 10 side-kick who overshadowed the main protagonist:

1. Varun Sharma (Fukrey): We can forget anything but can’t forget the iconic ‘Choocha’. They are no denying that Varun Sharma’s Choocha was the heart of the movie. With no background or godfather in the industry, Varun Sharma carved a niche for herself in the industry with just one performance of his.

2. Deepak Dobriyal (Tanu Weds Manu): After watching Tanu weds Manu we all started praying for a wingman like Deepak Dobriyal. Playing the role of adorable Pappiji, Deepak just robbed our hearts and helped Kangana Ranaut and Madhavan build unbelievable chemistry.

3. Amitabh Bachchan (Pink): The megastar of the industry, Amitabh Bachchan needs no introduction when it comes to iconic roles. One of such iconic roles came when he slipped in the role of Deepak Sehgal who fought the whole system to save the lives of innocent girls. In this world, we really need more lawyers like him.

4. Supriya Pathak (Ram Leela): We don’t know if it is okay to call Supriya Pathak sidekick because her performance as the lady don was more iconic than Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh combined. Right there is proof that she really stood out from everyone else in the movie.

5. Alia Bhatt (Udta Punjab): We only saw her after she found a drug packet in the fields. The nameless girl from Bihar ended up working in the fields of Punjab and got sucked into drugs through no fault of hers and that makes her the character we would want to see more of.

6. Arshad Warsi (Munna Bhai MBBS): We all agree that Munna Bhai is all and all Sanjay Dutt’s movie, but Arshad Warsi stole the headlines with his limelight of circuit. It was precisely the novelty factor along with Arshad’s no-holds-barred acting which won our hearts. And the dialogues.

7. Saif Ali Khan (Omkara): We think Saif Ali Khan has two phases in his career. One before Omkara and one after Omkara. See, before Omkara, he was a strictly average actor. And after Omkara, well, he earned our respect! His portrayal of the character Langda Tyagi was something we never expected from the actor. He literally blew us away playing this rustic villager with shades of grey.

8. Nawazuddin Siddiqui (Kick): There is some connection between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his villain roles. Every time he slips in the role of villain he creates magic. He did the same when he played the bad guy in Kick. He was super as the slightly psycho villain, and he really stood out in the movie.

9. Tahir Raj Bhasin (Mardaani): It’s time to welcome the latest chocolate boy in the industry, who can actually act. Scratch that. Who can act really well! Mr. Bhasin played the baddie in Mardaani, and even though Rani Mukherjee was great in the movie as the lady cop, Tahir clearly overshadowed her. To play a villain with that cute face must have been quite a task for the guy, but he really nailed it!

10. Saif Ali Khan (Go Goa Gone): A faux Russian from Delhi who lives in Goa and is fighting drugged-out zombies. A film with him at the center could definitely be a hilarious comedy. Plus, since we don't know much about the character, a lot can be said about him.
