Other industries may face a dip in the economy but the OTT or digital platforms witnessed a big boom in their subscription number. And this increment made them deliver some new-age entertainment series that changed the curve of shows we were watching all these years. 1. Brooklyn Nine-Nine: With the right amount of emotion, drama, and dark humor, the TV series lived in hearts rent-free for years. Revolving around a police station in Brooklyn, the show brought a story that was never witnessed before. The show aired its last ever episode in September 2021.
2. Keeping Up With The Kardashian: The Kardashians and Jenner are the true internet slayers who never fail to make headlines and KUWTK which revolves around their lives delivers the true amount of drama in our life. But sadly, this drama ended when the show came to end in June this year.
3. Lucifer: It is still difficult to decide whether Lucifer was an angel or devil but one thing is clear that he was a hell of a charmer. Talking about the mythological story of Lucifer, the show entertained us with its sixth installment. And of course, he had the perfect companion in 'detective' Decker, aka Chloe. The show ended in September 2021.
4. Atypical: Just like the plotline of the show, the show was in a million masterpieces. The story of this dramatic and comic series revolves around a teenager with autism and his life-changing journey of independence and came to an end in July 2021.
5. Money Heist: Since the lockdown came into our life, this show took over the internet. The hype around the last season of the show was impeccable and TBH the show impressed us like magic. Revolving around a band of eight robbers, having city names as their aliases, this heist crime drama premiered its fifth and last season in December 2021.
6. The Bold Type: With the plotline revolving around the important aspects of life like relationship, motherhood, and professionalism, this series was meant to be our favorite. Shedding light on the lives of an international women's magazine’s employees, the show was last aired in June 2021.
7. On My Block: Redefining the word 'friendship', this show had a number of relatable characters for its teenage audience. Centering around four street-savvy friends, navigating their individual ways through high school, this teen comedy-drama television series ended in October 2021.
8. Kim's Convenience: We don’t have to tell you that why the show was an instant fan favorite. Humour tick, drama tick, cute star cast tick, the show had everything perfect. Talking about a close-knit family that runs a convenience store, this sitcom ended in April 2021.
9. Lost in Space: This science-fiction series is a reimagining of the 1965 series with the same title. Focusing on a family, who fight against all odds to survive and escape after crash-landing on an alien planet, this show ended in December 2021.
10. Pose: This iconic show centered around New York City's African-American and Latino LGBTQ and gender-nonconforming drag ball culture. With an excellent plotline and brilliant characters, this dance musical series ended in June 2021.
