1. Jersey: First on the list is Shahid Kapoor, Murnal Thakur, and Pankaj Kapoor starrer Jersey which is helmed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, who directed the original one too. The South Indian movie starring Nani, Shraddha Srinath, and Satyaraj in lead is about a cricketer who goes back to the field to make his son proud after 15 years of retirement.

2. Anniyan: Helmed by Shankar, the remake of 2005’s blockbuster Anniyan is going to cast Ranveer Singh in lead. The original Anniyan is the story of a mentally ill man who suffers from a multiple personality disorder.

3. Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru: Karthick Naren's crime thriller Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru is soon going to be remade by Sajid Nadiadwala in Bollywood and will star Varun Dhawan as Rahman. The movie will also star Parineeti Chopra and Naren will be leading the Bollywood remake as well.

4. Vikram Vedha: The blockbuster story officer Vikram is going to enter the Bollywood industry and Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan are roped by the makers for the role of Vijay Sethupathi and R Madhavan. When Vedha surrenders and tells him his story, Vikram changes his notion of good and evil.

5. Hit: In the Hindi remake of Telugu thriller HIT, Rajkummar Rao will play the role of trouble cop from the Homicide Intervention Team. The film revolves around the cop who is working on the case of a missing girl and is reminded of the traumatic past that puts him in jeopardy.

6. Soorarai Pottru: India’s entry for Oscar 2020 is finally getting a remake in the Bollywood industry. According to reports, stars like Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham were approached for this movie but Akshay Kumar has signed the contract now.

7. Master: If the grapevine is to be believed, Salman Khan has been approached to play the role that Thalapathy Vijay essayed in Master. According to Pinkvilla, Salman has liked the concept of the movie too. It is said that he has shown interest in doing the film. The film revolves around an alcoholic professor who is sent to a juvenile school. Drama unfolds when he sees a gangster is using children for criminal activities.

8. Helen: The 2019’s blockbuster didn’t failed to give us goosebumps in every manner. The story of a young girl who gets stuck in a refrigerator was directed by Mathukutty Xavier. And now Janhvi Kapoor has been approached to play the lead role.

9. Kaithi: Ajay Devgn, who is hailed as the king of South Indian remakes, will star in the remake of Kaithi. The original film that starred Karthi, Narain and George Maryan followed an an ex-convict who tries to meet his daughter after he is out of prison. His attempts are interrupted due to a drug raid planned by an inspector.

10. Ratsasan: Akshay will also star in the remake of Ratsasan, a Tamil thriller, along with Rakul Preet. The original film, which revolved around the story of a cop who tracks down a serial killer who murders schoolgirls, starred Vishnu Vishal and Amala Paul.
