2. Thappad: Shedding light on one of the most crucial topics of domestic violence, Thappad gained just 44 crores at the box office. But the audience the true art and message featured in the movie when it was released on the streaming platform. The viewers showered the cinematography and storylines of the movie that talked about a woman who decided to file divorce against her husband who slapped her.

3. Sonchiriya: Based on a true event, Sonchiriya revolves around a dacoit gang that gets separated after the chief leader of the gang Mann Singh gets killed. The film majorly sheds on the struggles of the dacoits, the gang wars, and the deep-rooted issues of Indian culture. The audience released the worth of the movie with the release of the movie on Zee5.

4. Karwaan: One of the most heart-warming movies ever produced in Bollywood Karwaan, is the tale of a young girl who explores the true meaning of life when he goes on a trip with two strangers. The stardom of the movie blasted with its success on the OTT platform.

5. Tumbbad: Bollywood industry is yet to witness a scarier movie than Tumbbad. It is the story of a man’s search for hidden treasure in the village of Tumbbad. Tumbbad is the first Indian film to premiere at the 75th Venice International film festival. The movie gave viewers many sleepless nights when it was released on Amazon Prime Video.

6. Aligarh: one of the initial Bollywood movies that talked about the struggle of the LGBTQ community in the nation, blew to success with its release on Zee5.
