The growing Bollywood industry owes a lot of its inspiration to the Hollywood industry. Whether it be the film story, lyrics, music, or movie posters, Bollywood filmmakers seem to be huge fans of copying or you can say “inspired from”. Over the course of time, Bollywood has copied the content of western cinema many a time. From Shahrukh’s Ra.One to Aamir’s P.K, we had witnessed Bollywood copying many Hollywood movie posters without considering the need of changing it a bit. Here we bring to you 10 such Bollywood movie posters that are copied or you can say inspired by Hollywood movie posters:

Baahubali 2: When the poster of The Baahubali 2 was released we all were amazed by seeing Prabhas standing tall on an elephant until we realized the fact that it is a copy of Tony Jaa’s ‘Ong Bak 2’.

Ghajini: Aamir Khan’s Ghajini was one of the biggest hits of 2008 and people still love everything aspect of it. But the only thing that disappointed the fans is that its poster is a blatant copy of Sony’s ‘The Incredible Hulk’.

Ra.One: Shahrukh Khan’s Ra.One delivered something that the Bollywood audience had never seen before, but it forgot to the do same with its poster. Ra.One’s poster was an exact rip-off copy of Christopher Nolan’s blockbuster ‘Batman Begins’.

Rowdy Rathore: Not just the story of Akshay Kumar’s Rowdy Rathore is a copy of the Telugu movie Vikramarkudu, but even its poster is a copy of the Hollywood movie ‘The Replacement Killer’.

Anjaana Anjaani: The poster of Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra’s Anjaana Anjaani is a ditto copy of a Hollywood film ‘An Education’.

Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara: While Zoya Akhtar’s film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara inspired us to go on a memorable vacation with our family and friends, the poster of the film itself is inspired by the 2005 Hollywood film ‘Lord Of Dog Town’.

P.K.: P.K. is one of the most celebrated movies in the Bollywood industry, it will be surprising for you to know that the poster of the movie was a copy of the western music album Quim Barreiros.

Ek Villian: Can you spot a single difference between the posters of Ek Villian and Hollywood’s dance drama Step Up 3? No, because there is none.

Zero: Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina Kaif, and Anushka Sharma starrer Zero was disappointing. But, what's even more disappointing is the fact that the movie's poster was inspired or rather copied from a French movie titled Un Homme À La Hauteur.
