But in the end the figures of the highest selling cars tell us which vehicle has managed to win the heart of the customers. Like every time, Maruti Suzuki has made its first place at the top of the market leaving behind all the car companies as per the sales volumes in the month of February 2023. Most of the car companies have registered growth in the previous month. Here is the list of the top 10 highest selling cars in February 2023.
1. Maruti Baleno:- Maruti Baleno with 18,592 unit sales, has grabbed the first spot in the list of the top 10 selling cars in India in February 2023. Maruti Suzuki sales increased by 48 percent on YoY. This hatchback is powered by a 1197 cc petrol engine that produces max power of 88.50bhp at 6000rpm and max torque of 113 Nm at 4400rpm. It offers 22.94 kmpl mileage.
2. Maruti Suzuki Swift :- Swift registered a total sale of 18,412 units in February 2023 against 19,202 sales units in February 2022. It has recorded decline growth of -4 percent as compared to previous YoY 2022.
3. Maruti Suzuki Alto :- Maruti Suzuki Alto has successfully remained at the third position of best selling cars . It recorded 18,114 sales units in January 2023 with a 50 percent YoY growth as compared to 11,551 units of sales for the same period 2022.
4. Maruti Suzuki WagonR:- Maruti Suzuki WagonR has registered a sales of 16,889 units with YoY growth of 15 percent as compared to 14,669 sold units in February 2022.
5. Maruti Suzuki Dzire:- Maruti Suzuki Dzire registered a total sales of 16,798 units against 17,438 units in February 2023. It declined a YoY growth of 4 percent.
6. Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza:- In February 2023 Vitara Brezza has recorded 15, 787 units sold with a growth of 71 percent as compared to 9,256 sold units in February 2022. The Vitara Brezza has successfully grabbed the sixth place in best selling car brand in February 2023.
7. Tata Motors Nexon:- Tata Motors Nexon spotted at the seventh place with an increased sales of 13,914 units. It has recorded 14 percent YoY growth as compared to its February sold units 12,259.
8. Maruti Suzuki Eeco:- Maruti Suzuki Eeco registered a total sales of 11,352 units against 9,190 units in February 2023 with a YoY growth of 24 percent.
9. Tata Motors Punch:- Tata Motors Punch has registered a total sales of 11, 169 units against 9,592 units in February 2023 with a YoY growth of 16 percent.
10. Hyundai Creta :-Hyundai Creta has grabbed the last position in the best selling car brands in February 2023 with the YoY growth of 8 percent with sales of 10,421 units as compared to its 9,606 sales units in February 2022.
