Twenty-Seven years ago, on 22 September 1994, a journey titled ‘Friends’ started on NBC and the rest is history. Right with its debut, the series made a place in viewers’ hearts and changed the scenario of the television sitcom. The charm and popularity of this show have made it a role model for all the upcoming comedy shows. Many actors will come and go in the genre of sitcoms but when someone will say comedy majorly six names will come into our mind and that is Joey, Chandler, Ross, Phoebe, Monica, and Racheal. We should say thanks to these showstoppers for making us witness the real comedy. After 17 years, the show and its mind-blowing stars came back for the Friends Reunion and left us in tears, and gave us a strong Nostalgic feel. To join in on the nostalgia, scroll on to see the evolution of the show's beloved stars, from their first days on the series to what they've been up to since their breakthroughs on the show.

1. Jennifer Aniston – Racheal Green: These pictures are proof that Jennifer Aniston has aged like a fine wine. Jennifer Aniston rose to fame for her performance as Rachel Green, the Long Island princess-turned-corporate professional and the show's leading "heroine," for which she won both an Emmy Award and a Golden Globe.

2. Matt LeBlanc – Joey Tribbiani: Italian womanizer and aspiring actor Joey Tribbiani is remembered for his endearing loyalty. Matt LeBlanc reprised his role in NBC's Friends spin-off, Joey, which follows his character in Los Angeles in his pursuit of becoming a star.

3. Courteney Cox - Monica Geller: Like her or dislike her but you can’t ignore the beauty of Courteney Cox. We think she did a great job for stepping down from the role of Racheal and Monica because we can’t see anybody as acing the role of Monica other than her.

4. David Schwimmer – Ross Geller: Easily loved and hated by many is Rachel's committed though controversial lover, dinosaur fanatic Ross Geller. Played by David Schwimmer, the paleontologist made a significant imprint on many, although the actor has ventured outside of Central Perk over the years.

5. Matthew Perry – Chandler Bing: Matthew Perry was an instant fan-favorite when he brought Chandler Bing to life. By the looks of the reunion, Matthew's wit and sharp humor that made Chandler so famous haven't gone anywhere!

6. Lisa Kudrow – Phoebe Buffay: Playing the eccentric Phoebe Buffay was, of course, Lisa Kudrow. The star, who famously crooned Smelly Cat, had so many iconic moments and one-liners throughout the show and we can't wait to see her duet with Lady Gaga!
