Indian carmaker behemoth Tata launched its much anticipated Tigor Electric Vehicle (EV) on 31st August after testing the car for months. It will start from Rs 11.99 lakh and the highest variant will cost Rs 13.14 lakh. It was initially offered to important people and people in the government but now has been made available for the general public. This becomes the second EV launched by Tata following the successful launch of Nexon EV, which falls under the compact-SUV segment. Tigor is being offered in three trims; XE, XM, and XZ+ — with a dual-tone color option only available on the highest trim. It comes in two colour options — Signature Teal Blue and Daytona Grey.
