Elections are hailed as a festival of democracy. These are the time when common people become the judge and elect representatives for them who will raise their issues in legislative assemblies/parliament for the next five years. Today Bihar entered the second phase of its assembly elections. Deciding the future of 1,463 candidates on 94 seats across 17 districts, 2.85 crore voters are supposed to exercise the franchise.
