In contrast to the first season, the second season of Amazon Prime Videos’ Panchayat turned out to be a super buster. While the story, cast, and cinematography showcased its magic in the series, there was another highlight of the show that robbed our hearts. And that highlight was the beauty of Sanvikaa. Indian OTT actor Sanvikaa played the role of Rinki, the dutiful daughter of Pradhan Ji Raghuvir Yadav) and Manju Devi (Neena Gupta). Like all other characters in Phulera, Rinky is simple and down to earth. And it was her simplicity that made us have a crush on her.
The hype around the second season of Panchayat has been impeccable since the day it was announced. Many insights came out about the show but not even a single piece of info came out about Rinki’s introduction.
Played by Sanvikaa, Rinki managed to rule hearts with her simplicity, innocence, and art of conveying every piece of information without speaking much.
Making her debut, Panchayat is Sanvikaa's first major project. Prior to this project, the actress was seen in Dominos’ Tv commercial.
In an interview, Sanvikaa mentioned how becoming an actor was never her aim. She was sure that she did not want to do a 9-5 job which involved Excel sheets.
It was her friend who encouraged her to leave her job and try her hand acting industry. Soon she left her house and come to Mumbai.
Sanvikaa revealed how she randomly auditioned for Panchayat because she wanted to get on the casting database. She told how she had gone to audition for a TVC when someone came up to her and asked if she would like to audition for a TVF show too.
With the success of Panchayat, the actor admitted that she has a fair share of projects lined up. We cannot wait to see more of her on-screen.
