Andrea Meza, Miss Mexico 2020, has been crowned as the ultimate beauty queen at Miss Universe 2020. Defeating 73 other delegates from across the world, Andrea Meza, who has an engineering degree, won the most prestigious beauty pageant during the scintillating night of the Miss Universe finale held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, USA. The outgoing Miss Universe, South Africa's Zozibini Tunzi put the crown on Meza’s head and made sure that it stays in the place as the beauty queen walked down the front stage flexing her achievement. Brazil's Julia Gama was announced as the first runner-up while Peru's Janick Maceta is the second runner-up. Dominican Republic's Kimberly Perez and India's Adline Castelino became third runner-up and fourth runner-up respectively.

Alma Andrea Meza Carmona was born and brought up in a town of Mexico named Chihuahua City to parents Alma Carmona and Santiago Meza.

Meza kicked off her pageantry career with a bang as she earned the title of Miss Mexico 2016 with her charming personality and desirable beauty.

The Miss Universe 2020 is a certified make-up artist and model. She practices CrossFit and extreme sports, such as rappel and sand-boarding.

Following her win, Meza became the third Mexican woman to win the crown, following Lupita Jones and Ximena Navarrete.
