Japanese  car manufacturing company Toyota has showcased the second-gen Mirai hydrogen Fuel-Cell Electric Vehicle (FCEV) at the ongoing 16 edition of  Auto Expo 2023. The Mirai is not going to be launched in India but the company has conducted a pilot project to test the hydrogen fuel cell EV’s performance on Indian roads. The Mirai is based on Toyota’s GA-L  platform, which has allowed the sedan to repackage fuel-cell stack and drivetrain components. The vehicle can fit in as many as three hydrogen tanks. The second-gen Mirai gets a completely different design to its predecessor as compared to interior and exterior  design and style. The Mirai has features with advanced technology and safety elements.
