Jio World Centre, located in Bandra, Mumbai, is a multi-function convention centre that is spread across 18.5 acres. The vision behind setting up the convention centre is to provide India with an experience of business, culture, retail and everything altogether in a single complex. It is envisioned by Nita Ambani who wanted to set up a place for the people to come together and script the next chapter of India's growth history. The centre will be opened in a phase-wise manner over the current and the next year. Dhirubhai Ambani Square which is a part of the Jio World Centre was inaugurated on Wednesday and is an open public space with free entry to its visitors. 1. Jio World Garden Jio World Garden is a part of the Jio World centre. It will be built in an open-air venue in the Bandra Kurla Complex. The garden will be a beautiful place as it will cover fountains, lotus ponds, energy-generating trees which will best suit the sports, cultural and community events for people. As said by RIL, the square is dedicated to the people of Mumbai. It is a public space which will give free entry to the visitors. 10. The Cultural Centre The cultural centre of the Jio world as the name suggests is a place depicted in art. The place covers performing arts and visual arts. The aim behind the cultural centre is to promote our traditional culture and cater our rich heritage to all. In the performing arts category the grand theatre, the studio theatre and the cube of the centre are indulged in storytelling via dance performances, music and theatre drama.
