And that was the day when the Punjabi Sher of the Indian cricket team lost his wicket to Hazel. He sparked the conversation and even complimented her beauty and work. But Hazel was not interested in him.
But as we know, Yuvraj was not going to take his step back so he kept the conversation going and asked her out for coffee around 8 to 9 times.
And then instead of Hazel, cancer came into his life but he fought his fight against cancer bravely and defeated it. Skip 3 years, Yuvraj again found Hazel but this time on social media.
Yuvraj found Hazel on his friend and Bollywood actor Angad’s profile, and the lover Yuvraj asked Angad to stay away from her as he already likes her.
Then, with all his emotions and feelings, he kept his friendship with Hazel going on and finally, he earned a date. With all his hope on the bet, he asked her out and this time she agreed.
That one date changed everything in Yuvraj and Hazel’s life. Soon love brewed between them and they decided to take their friendship a notch higher.
While the two announced their engagement in November 2015, they tied the knot exactly one year later in November 2016.
