Being one of the most successful actors in the South Indian industry, Mahesh Babu has garnered the throne of prince in the Tollywood industry. The actor has touched every height of success in his life. As they say, in the success of every man there is a hand of a woman in his life. And in Mahesh babu’s case is was the princess of the prince. Mahesh met his princess Namrata back in 2000 and never let her go. In this long relationship not just they understood each other but also made us understand the true meaning of love.
After winning the title of Miss India in 1993, Namrata Shirodkar made her Bollywood debut with Jab Pyaar Kisise Hota Hai opposite Salman Khan in 1998. Meanwhile on the other hand, Mahesh started his career as a child artist and made his action hero debut with Raja Kumarudu in 1999.
After few movies, the two get a chance to work together. Mahesh and Namrata first met in 2000 at the muhurat of their film Vamsi.
The two fell head over heels for each other in very first sight, but decided not to profess it. But after some quality time together during the filming, the two started dating by the end of the movie.
Mahesh, who was head over heels in love with Namrata, managed to convince his family and married her in 2005 in a private ceremony.
When the wedding date was locked in, Namrata wanted to bid adieu to her film career and completed all her projects before the ceremony.
The couple was blessed with a baby boy, Gautham, in 2006. After three years of marriage, there were rumours that Mahesh and Namrata fell out with each other. They reconciled after a while and stated that their relationship was rock solid. Namrata gave birth to their second child Sitara in 2012 and the four are a happy family now.
