The holy land of Varanasi on Monday witnessed a beautiful amalgamation of spirituality and celebration. The city was dressed up in lights of different kinds. From diyas to lasers, a fest of the light show was prepared for the enlightening experience of Dev Deepavali. The event was thoroughly planned as it featured a long list of spiritual as well as enjoyable activities which included a huge laser light show coordinated with spiritual music, sung in the name of Gods. Many prominent politicians with the likes of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were seen offering their prayers and move to the tunes of spiritual songs. People attended and offered their prayers in mass. A sight to behold, Dev Deepavali of 2020 was something that would stick into the mind of every devotee who observed the occasion.

People turned up in huge number to offer their prayers and earn blessings despite the increase in COVID numbers in the country.

Fancy boats and ferries were put in place to carry people from one place to the other. These ferries also doubled up to turn into a luxury vehicle which provided a new perspective of the city.

The giant laser show was put in place for entertainment as well as spiritual purposes as it played synchronised music with the lights.

The castle in Kashi looked mesmerising in all its different shades of colour, especially in this purple.

The entire city was filled with people from all around the country who congregated in Varanasi to witness this spectacular spectacle.

Kashi has been a luring place for religious people for years and with events like these, Varanasi's popularity and likeability gets skyrocketed.

The humungous lights on the main entrance of the ghats were put up for the final act which included a light dance and spiritual music.

No one was barred from entering the holy land of Varanasi and to blend in this great cultural and religious exercise which gave the entire country some warmth in this cold period.
