1. Amitabh Bachchan was not his real name: The angry young man of the Bollywood industry was born as Inquilaab Srivastava, but at the suggestion of his father’s close friend he changed it to Amitabh Bachchan.

4. Acting was not his first choice: Unlike other actors, Big B wanted to study engineering and wanted to become an engineer. Other than being an engineer he was keen to join the Indian Air Force.
