1. Volkswagen Polo: - This hatchbacks was discontinued in India after 12 years. With over 2.5 million units sold, it was also the brand's most popular model in this country. The Polo's age and declining sales necessitated its demise, but in the grand scheme of things, its discontinuation was necessary for Volkswagen to streamline production.

2. Volkswagen Vento:- Along with the Polo hatchback, the Vento sedan was also discontinued. Vento's latest record prices were Rs 9.99 to Rs 14.79 lakhs after the introduction of the larger, higher quality and more powerful model Virtus to the Indian market.

3. Maruti Suzuki S Cross :- Maruti Suzuki S Cross was launched in 2015. Recently Maruti Suzuki has delisted the S- Cross SUV from their official website. The S- Cross came with a 1.3 l and 1.6 l diesel engine and paired with a manual transmission.

4. Renault Duster:- In 2012, the Renault Duster made its debut in India. The SUV was a commercial success and one of the company's first mainstream products in India. It is important to note that the Renault Duster was also the SUV that set the stage for the monocoque midsize SUV market in India.

5. Hyundai Santro:- In India, the Hyundai Santro was discontinued twice. Once in 2014 and in 2022. Hyundai offered the Santro with a 69PS 1.1-liter petrol motor, with a CNG. A 5-speed manual transmission and AMT units were in charge of the transmission. It had dual front airbags, a 7-inch touchscreen, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a rear parking camera, rear AC vents, and a touchscreen infotainment system.

6. Hyundai Grand i10 Nios and Hyundai Aura diesel:- With BS6 standards kicking in, Hyundai additionally pulled the fittings on the Hyundai Great i10 Nios and Hyundai Emanation diesel. Hyundai offered the two models with a 1.2-liter three-chamber diesel motor, conveying 75PS and 190Nm. A 5-speed manual transmission and AMT units were available as options.

7. Hyundai Elantra:- The Elantra, Hyundai's largest sedan in India, was last updated in 2019. Since Hyundai claims that the next-generation Verna will be big enough to cover the midsize and executive sedan segments, the car has been quietly discontinued this year and will not be reintroduced.

8. Datsun Go, GO plus and Redigo:- In April of this year, Nissan India discontinued its Datsun brand and took the Go, Go+, and Redigo models with it. In 2013, Nissan revived the Datsun brand as a low-cost sub brand. In 2014, the GO hatchback, the brand's first model, debuted in India. The compact MPV GO+ was released by Datsun a year later, and the Redi-GO was released in 2016.

9. Toyota Urban Cruiser:- The Toyota Urban Cruiser sold approximately 2,200 units per month in 2022 . Due to the decreasing sales figure Toyota decided to discontinue production of the Urban Cruiser.

10. Mahindra Alturas G4:- The Alturas G4 was Mahindra's most expensive and most popular vehicle. This SUV was in competition with SUVs like the Toyota Fortuner, MG Gloster, Skoda Kodiaq, Jeep Meridian, and Volkswagen Taigun, but it didn't get as much attention as those SUVs. This SUV had a 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine that produced 181 bhp and 420 nm of torque.
