1. Scam 1992: The series based on the life of a Mumbai-based stockbroker Harshad Mehta, is on the top of this list. Scam 1992 has created a huge fan base since the day it was released. The story of the show is adapted from Sucheta Dalal and Debashish Basu’s book The Scam: Who Won, Who Lost, Who Got Away.

2. Panchayat: Second on the list is Amazon Prime Video’s Panchayat. The story of the series follows the life of an engineering graduate who joins as a Panchayat secretary in a remote village of Uttar Pradesh due to a lack of better job opportunities.

3. Special Ops: Hotstar’s special Special Ops ranked third. Under the direction of debutant filmmaker Neeraj Pandey, Special Ops started in a promising manner and largely stuck to the promise. Kay Kay Menon fit right into Himmat’s part and was easily the show-stealer here.

4. Mirzapur 2: One of the biggest Blockbusters in the Indian OTT scene Mirzapur 2 landed on the fifth position. The revenge of Guddu Pandit and Golu after the dark ending of season 1 becomes one of the biggest reasons for the audience to binge the series.

5. Paatal Lok: Anushka Sharma-backed crime drama clearly deserved a strong position in this list. With Jaideep Ahlawat in the lead role-playing the character of Hathiram Chaudhary, a Delhi Police cop, following the investigation of the case of an assassination attempt of a journalist.

6. Bandish Bandits: India’s very own musical drama doesn’t leave a stone unturned to impress the audience. It only took a couple of episodes to get enthralled by the world of classical music that this series created.

7. Asur: Voot’s crime thriller featuring Arshad Warsi is set in current times and revolves around serial killings. The web series is set at the backdrop of Varanasi. The story revolves around a forensic-expert-turned-teacher Nikhil Nair.

8. Aarya: Portraying the true women empowerment. Aarya casts Sushmita Sen in the lead who plays the titular role in the Hotstar Original web series, in which she runs her husband’s drug empire after a personal tragedy.

9. Abhay 2: Abhay 2 starring Kunal Khemu explored the dark side of the world and created a new genre in the Indian OTT scene. This time too, the limits of crime and cruelty have been exceeded in this police drama.

10. High: Akshay Oberoi starrer MX Player series High ranked eighth on the list. Akshay played the role of a drug addict struggling to get a grip on life. He eventually finds himself in a rehab facility that is being run in a mysterious compound.
