Directed by Leena Manimekalai, the poster of the new documentary film, featured Hindu goddess Kaali holding a cigarette in one hand and a rainbow flag in order. Looking at the controversies, India’s High Commission in Ottawa, Canada stated Leena to withdraw the poster.

The poster of the movie captured the lead actress Mallika Sherawat wearing nothing but only the Indian National flag around her torso. 8. Hate Story: The West Bengal Censorship Board’s interference with the posters of ‘Hate Story’ had the makers in trouble as it was ordered that actress Paoli Dam’s bare back be painted blue. Calcutta High Court ordered the protagonist’s back being painted.
