Gangubai Kathiawadi: It's shocking to know that, the 'Goliyon ki Raasleela Ram Leela' actress turned down the offer of another big hit of Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Gangubai Kathiawadi. Gangubai turned out to be one of the biggest hits of 2022. If India Today's report is to be believed, Deepika declined Gangubai because she didn't want to share screen space with Alia Bhatt.
Dhoom 3: According to the media reports, one of the popular Bollywood franchise films, Dhoom 3 was also rejected by Deepika Padukone. She was offered the role of 'Aaliya' but she declined it because of her work schedule. The role eventually went to Katrina Kaif.
Jab Tak Hai Jaan: Starring Shah Rukh Khan, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Yash Chopra’s last directed film was reportedly offered to Deepika Padukone first for Akira’s role, but she denied the offer. The role eventually went to Anushka Sharma.
Roy: Ranbir and Deepika Padukone who once created everlasting magic on the silver screen with 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani', could have rocked together in Roy too, but the Piku actress denied it. After Deepika turned down Roy, the role was given to Jacqueline Fernandez.
Sultan: Another hit that Deepika Padukone missed is the Sultan movie. The diva was offered the role of Aarfa, but she rejected it and it went into Anushka’s kitty.
