Bajrangi Bhaijaan: This is the blockbuster movie of Salman and Kareena Kapoor Khan. In the song 'Tu Chahiye', Salman and Kareena are seen prepping for Ramleela and Raavan Dahan.

Delhi 6: This movie reflects the story of Delhi's Chandani Chowk. The film highlighted the importance of identifying the fear, the good, and the evil that resides within human beings. In one of the scenes, the characters are seen watching a theatrical depiction of Ramlila.

Ra.One: It is a superhero film with the main lead Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor. Ra. One was a modern-day retelling of Ramayana but with a sci-fi twist. So, when the film’s villain Arjun Rampal aka Ra. One makes entry into real life from a video game, he is shown walking in the backdrop of a burning Raavan effigy.

Ek Villian: It is an action thriller film with the main lead Riteish Deshmukh, Siddharth Malhotra, and Shraddha Kapoor. In the starting scene of the film, Siddharth Malhotra entered in a villian style and beat the boy during the Dussehra celebration.

Prem Granth: It is a Hindi-language film with the main lead Rishi Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit. In the climax scene, Madhuri Dixit shows her character Kajri taking revenge on one of her wrongdoers Roop Sahai played by Govind Namdev by tying him to a Raavan effigy. Kajri sets him on fire along with the effigy symbolizing good victory over evil.

Kalank: This movie was directed by Abhishek Verma. It is a multi-starrer where Alia Bhatt’s character Roop meets Zafar played by Varun Dhawan for the time features in the backdrop of Raavan effigy burning.

Swades: It is a drama film with the main lead Shah Rukh Khan and Gayatri Joshi. In this movie song Pal Pal hai Bhaari actress Gayatri dresses up as Sita.
