Microsoft launched the Surface Duo 2 last week. The Duo 2 is the second iteration of the company’s dual-screen smartphone efforts. The first iteration was not something we would call a success. At best, we could say that it got mixed reviews. The foldable improves on its predecessor in several key areas, including having a Snapdragon 888 processor, better cameras, and a refined design. It also supports 5G and NFC, both of which the original Duo lacks. However, the Surface Duo 2 received many negative to mixed reviews after its launch, praising the updated hardware but lamenting ongoing software issues. Preorders have been open for weeks. But since the device is now available, reviews have come out, helping people decide if the Duo 2 is worth its $1,500 price tag.
