South Indian superstar Dhanush, who is garnering appreciation for his role in Atrangi Re, sent a shock wave to the hearts of all his fans when he announced his separation from his wife Aishwarya Rajnikanth. The Maari actor and the daughter of star Rajnikanth revealed the news by sharing a joint statement on their social media handle. The love story of the couple started way back in the 2000s when Aishwarya went to see the movie of Dhanush titled Kadhal Konden in Albert theatre.
Aishwarya got so impressed with his performance that she sent him flowers. After receiving the flowers and the note, Dhanush called Aishwaryaa and thanked her for her appreciation.
