Bollywood actress Sushmita Sen has finally put a full stop to the speculations and rumors revolving around the break-up with her long-term boyfriend Rohman Shawl. The power couple of the industry has been goal for many buffs out there. But they broke many hearts when today they disclosed the news of their break-up. While posting pictures on her social media, Sushmita Sen wrote “We began as friends, we remain friends!! The relationship was long over…the love remains!!❤”. Rohman posted the same picture with hashtags like ‘no more speculations’ along with ‘cherished memories’ and ‘live and let live.
The love story of Sushmita and Rohman was nothing less than a fairy tale. From fighting the stereotypes to bonding with each other, the couple came out as the ‘it’ couple of the industry.
Their love story started when Rohman who is a model slid into the DM of the Miss Universe. But being an actress, Sushmita was unsure whether should it open it or not.
But one day while exploring her social media randomly, she opened his message and his message made her reply to her and that’s where their bonding started.
They developed a liking for each other over time, and eventually began dating in 2018. And this year they celebrated their 3rd year of togetherness.
Rohman has also often seen bonding with Sushmita’s two daughters — Renee and Alisah — and their endearing pictures left us all in awe.
The duo had an age difference of 15 years but they never let that come in the way. Talking about the same, Sushmita had once said, “Initially, he kept hiding his age for some reason. I would keep asking him, ‘So, how old are you? You look so young.’ And he would be like, ‘You guess!’ Later, once I realised how young he was, as to why he didn’t want that to get in the way of this conversation. So yeah, we did not really choose this, it was chosen for us. It was destined.”
Sushmita Sen is currently riding high on the success of her latest release, Aarya 2 and is garnering great appreciation for her performance in the series.
