1.Amitabh Bacchan during the shoot of ‘Coolie’ Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan survived a near-fatal accident while filming 'Coolie.' Amitabh Bachchan was killed in the intestines during a combat scene with Puneet Issar. Big B was hospitalised and was proclaimed 'clinically dead,' yet, like a Phoenix, he survived and emerged even stronger.

2. Shah Rukh Khan during the shoot of 'Dilwale' Shah Rukh Khan was filming the song 'Gerua' from the film 'Dilwale' when director Rohit Shetty decided to take the group to an Icelandic waterfall. According to reports, SRK stumbled and nearly died if it hadn't been for co-star Kajol's intervention.

3. Salman Khan during the shoot of ‘Wanted’ Salman Khan tore a ligament in his right arm while filming 'Wanted.' The injury was so severe that it caused him problems while filming 'Dabangg.'

4. Akshay Kumar during the shoot of ‘Singh is Bliing’ The 'Singh Is Bliing' star had to leap over a burning hula-hoop, and during filming this sequence, Akshay suffered burns on his leg. The following scene was part of the 'Tung Tung Baje' dance sequence.

5. Hrithik Roshan during the shoot of ‘Bang Bang’ Hrithik Roshan was hospitalised after suffering a head injury on the sets of 'Bang Bang' in Phuket. In addition, the actor underwent successful brain surgery at Mumbai's Hinduja Hospital.

6. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan during the shoot of ‘Khaakee’ Aishwarya Rai was struck by a bus in Nasik while filming 'Khakee,' in which she co-starred with Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, and Tusshar Kapoor. Aishwarya miraculously escaped, and that spot is now known as 'Aishwarya Point.’

7. Sushant Singh Rajput during the shoot of ‘MSD- The untold Story’ Sushant Singh Rajput suffered an injury while practising Mahendra Singh Dhoni's trademark "helicopter" stroke. Sushant hurt his ribs while honing the shot and was sidelined for many weeks.

8. Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt during the promotion of ‘Humpty Sharma ki Dulhaniya’ During the promotion of their film 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya,' Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt were engaged in a car accident when a car slammed into their vehicle at a traffic light. Despite the fact that their car's back glass was totally shattered, Varun and Alia somehow escaped unharmed.

9. John Abraham during the shoot of ‘Force 2’ John Abraham got hurt while filming the Bollywood blockbuster 'Force 2.' The actor, who had to smash through a door, hurt his knee in the process. John had to have surgery and was warned that his leg could have to be amputated at one point.

10. Saif Ali Khan during the shoot of 'Kya Kehna’ In the year 2000, Saif Ali Khan passed out on the set of the Bollywood film 'Kya Kehna.' The actor was hit in the head by a stone and had many stitches as a result.
