People are excited for 2023 as many new electric cars will be launched in the upcoming year. The 2023 Auto Expo will take place between January 13 and 18 in Greater Noida and it will act as the stage for price announcements as well as domestic debuts. Here are 6 upcoming electric cars set to be launched in 2023.

1. Hyundai Ioniq 5: Hyundai Ioniq 5 will be launched in January 2023 at the Auto Expo at a price of around Rs. 50 lakh. There is no official update on battery capacity, however, the car has reportedly claimed 631 km on a single charge.

2. Mahindra XUV400: Mahindra will be launching Mahindra XUV400 in 2023. The car comes with a 39.4 kWh battery pack which claimed a driving range of up to 456 km on a single charge. Looking at the size of this car, the overall length will be 4.2 meters with a larger boot space. The estimated price of this electric vehicle is Rs 17.00 Lakh.

3. MG Air EV: MG is declared one of the top car brands in recent times. MG Motor India will be launching MG Air EV in the upcoming year, the price of the car is expected to be Rs 10 Lakh. This car covers 300 km on a single charge.

4. Citroen C3 Electric: Citroen C3 Electric will be launched in India in January 2023, the price of this car is expected to be Rs 9.50 Lakh to Rs 12 Lakh. It will support fast charging and expect the claimed range to be around 350 km.

5. BYD Atto 3: BYD Atto 3 has been introduced in India, and the starting price of the electric car is Rs 33.99 Lakh. The deliveries of this car will start from next month. The car comes with a 60.48 kWh battery pack which claimed a driving range of up to 521 km on a single charge.

6. Tata Tiago EV: The price of the current Tata Tiago EV is between Rs. 8.49 lakh and Rs. 11.79 lahks, however, the prices will increase up to Rs. 35,000 from next month. The car comes with a 19.2 kWh battery pack which claimed a driving range of up to 250 km on a single charge.
