Bavarian Motor Works (BMW) a luxurious car maker has launched its brand new 2023 BMW X1 sports activity vehicle (SAV) in the Indian car market with new design and features. This SAV comes in two variants; BMW X1 sDrive18i xLine petrol and BMW X1 sDrive18d M Sport diesel . BMW X1 comes at starting prices of Rs 45 lakh for petrol variant and Rs 47 lakh for diesel variant. The bookings are open for interested buyers by the company's dealership network and its official website. 1. Engine:- BMW X1 comes with two engine options : 1499 cc petrol engine that produces a maximum power of 134 bhp at 4400 rpm and a torque of 230 Nm at 1500 rpm whereas its 1995 cc diesel engine produces a maximum power of 147.51bhp at 3750-4000rpm and a torque of 360 nm at 1500rpm. BMW X1 is available in Automatic transmission.

2. Dimension:- BMW X1 comes in the following dimensions: 53mm longer, 24mm wider, 44mm taller and the wheelbase has gone up by 22mm that provides the huge space and comfort to passengers.

3. Colours:- The BMW X1 is available in different colours:- white, black, phytonic blue, portimao blue, and silver.

4. Interior:- Looking to the inside of BMW X1 it has features with a tachometer, electronic multi-tripmeter, leather steering wheel, glove compartment, digital clock, outside temperature display, digital odometer and electric adjustable seats.

5. Exterior:- It is designed with a chrome grille, chrome garnish, cornering fog lamps, roof rail, smart trunk opener, 18 alloy wheel size, LED DRLs, LED Headlights and taillights.

6. Safety:- For safety it comes with 10 airbags, cornering brake control (CBC), ABS with brake assist function, driver-assistance systems such as lane departure warning and active feedback, front collision warning and manual speed limit assist.

8. Top Speed:- The company has claimed that the BMW X1 (diesel) sprints from 0 to 100 km/hr in 8.9 seconds, while the BMW X1 (petrol) sprints from 0 to 100 km/hr in 9.2 seconds.

9. Other features:- It gives a 20 km/l mileage on diesel variant and 15 km/l mileage on petrol variant. It has a 51L fuel tank, 179 mm ground clearance and 505 Litres boot space.
